Introduction
By opening in December 2000, it provides the beneficial and diverse programs to the youths in the region, who will play the leading roles in the future society, and the residents. And, through
the provision of the professional and systematic things to train, it is a youth training facility that has the fostering of the bright and proactive youths who combine the intellectual, the
moral, the artistic, and the physical as the purpose.
