It is the representative festival of the Buk-gu that is held in the whole area of the Geumho River in around September and October every year. By integrating the festivals of the small and medium sizes that had been held in the unit of each dong, it had been held for the first time in the whole area of the Sangyeok Bridge on the Geumho River in the past 2015. And, at the festival which had been held for 3 days, by having the total number of man-daysof over 100,000 people participate, it had accomplished a great success. With the beautiful, natural scenery and the sound of the wind of the Geumho River as the background, the cultural performances and the experiential events of the diverse genres get unfolded. And it is planned that, in the future, by developing the regional identity and the diverse contents, it will be fostered and developed as a differentiated festival.
