The Culture & Arts Center, having opened in October, 1999, contributes to raising the level of culture and art among the local residents, with its comfortable facilities, and by providing a number of high quality performances and programs. It also boasts a theme park within the center, consisting of a sculpture park, devil post hill, totem pole hill, etc. This provides varied spectacles and a resting place for those who visit the Culture & Art Center.
